Hot and Honey, Ginger-Garlic Sauce
Hot and Honey, Ginger-Garlic Sauce (H2G2). As a dipping sauce it is great for all types of food: Roasted Chicken; Fried Chicken (which includes nuggets, fingers and strips); Spring Rolls; and Egg Rolls.
It was originally designed to cook Shrimp and Scallops, but our test group would not let it rest solely on that niche category.
When tasted this (medium level heat) sauce starts off with the sweetness and florals of the Honey, followed by a distinct Garlic pepperiness and under notes of Ginger, it finishes with a pleasant and gentle heat that pervades the whole of your mouth.
